Ms Pauline PHUA is a Managing Director in the Investment team at Azalea Investment Management Pte. Ltd.. She has significant global private equity fund and co-investment experience. She joined the Azalea Group at the onset of the Altrium Platform and was a key member in developing, managing and investing the various strategies under the platform. 

Prior to joining the Azalea Group in 2019, Ms Phua was a Private Equity Portfolio Manager at Shell Asset Management Company (Netherlands) where she led and executed PE fund and co-investments in Europe and the US, and managed part of the multi-billion EUR PE portfolio. She was also on the LP Advisory Boards of several European, Global and Emerging Market GPs. 

Before Shell, Ms Phua was at Hermes GPE (UK) where she focused on PE co-investments in Europe and Asia. She started her career at the Investment Office of the National University of Singapore covering illiquid investments.

Ms Phua holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore. She is a CFA and CAIA charterholder, and holds the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing.
